The block triyer BT-800 is designed to remove undesirable impurities that differ from the grain of the main crop in length in order to obtain high-quality seed. These impurities include:

- corncockle, which is smaller (shorter) than wheat;

- wild oats, which are longer than wheat grains;

- peas, lentils and similar round-shaped impurities found in oats, buckwheat and other cereals.

In addition, the machines are used in cereal factories for separating intermediate products of hulling of cereal crops into two fractions (hulled and not hulled). The machines also separate the crushed kernels from the whole ones.

Block of triers BT-800, this is our version of the cylinder trieur, the theory and practice of using of which is well known and produced by dozens of manufacturers. The plant has been producing BTHM-2.  In connection with the request for a trieur with a higher capacity with the possibility of quick replacement of trieurs cylinders, which is especially important when working as part of seed lines, we, taking into account the experience of world leaders, have developed our own version of a trier with a cylinder of 3-cell segments.

Different manufacturers have different performance in advertising materials. It should be noted that the actual performance depends on the degree of contamination, its composition and humidity. Someone indicates it - "*...for wheat with a weediness of 3%", someone "**...for cleaning wheat seeds with a kind of starting material of at least 740g/l, moisture up to 16%, the content of long and short impurities up to 5%, including seeds of other plants up to 200 pcs/kg, of which weed seeds up to 100 pcs/kg".

The required quality of cleaning is achieved by a combination of adjustments - the angle of installation of the receiving tray (chute), the speed of rotation of the trieur cylinder and its angle of inclination. It can be argued that incoming grain, of the same contamination and moisture ontent, will be cleaned to the same parameters on the trieurs of the overwhelming majority of manufacturers with the same specific capacity per 1 m2 of the cell surface of the indented separator cylinder.

Differences between triers from different manufacturers:

- price-quality ratio;

- convenience of usage;

- exterior design;

- "gadgets":chute adjustment motor, system of additional pneumatic cleaning of cylinder cells, electronic speed control;

marketing “moves”.
