Fans are produced in accordance with third category of National State Standard GOST-15150, climate version “У” (temperate climate).

*For 7,5 kW air capacity is taken by the lower limit, for 11 kW – by the upper limit. Fans are powered by a three-phase network (with zero wire) of alternating current 380 V, frequency 50 Hz.
Specified aerodynamic characteristics are provided under normal atmospheric conditions (density 1,2 kg/m3, barometric pressure 101,34 kPa, temperature 200С above zero and relative humidity 50%). When fans are operating under an elevated temperature or in highlands a significant reduction of pressure is possible.
Structure and Functioning
Depending on the version fans consist of the following parts:
- plinth, scroll cover, wheel (impeller), inlet nozzle and electric motor (fig.1);
- plinth, scroll cover, wheel (impeller), inlet nozzle, electric motor and belt transmission (1a).
Plinth consists of scroll cover and sub-frame. Impeller is mounted directly on the electric motor shaft or through belt transmission.
Fan operational principle lies in the movement of air due to transmission of impeller rotational energy.
If the impeller rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor side, it is a right-hand fan, if it rotates against – the left-hand version.
