Aero-vibration dryer USH (further "dryer") (USH - aero-vibration dryer) is designed for drying various types of grain flakes. The main consumers are food industry enterprises.
Dryers are produced in accordance with 4th category of GOST 15150-69 in climate version: for internal market and export to temperate countries - "U", to countries with a tropical climate - "T".

DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF DRYER OPERATION
The dryer is a continuous operation machine. Its main parts are the body 1, mounted on the frame through intermediate rubber supports 2, a cover, an outlet nozzle 3, 2 of an electric vibrator 4, attached to the body, a sieve with a grid for uniform distribution of the drying agent, placed inside the body (Appendix 1). In the lower part of the body, there is a branch nozzle for supplying a drying agent and a connecting pipe for withdrawing the flow fraction. The lid contains branch nozzle for product supply and spent drying agent outlet, equipped with dampers, 4 easy-opening doors and 2 inspection windows for servicing the dryer. The design provides for adjustment of the installation angles of electric vibrators, as well as adjustment of the tilt angle of the dryer.
The principle of operation of the dryer is as allows: the product enters the sieve through the connecting pipe and moves along it due to vibration and the angle of inclination of the sieve. The dryer agent is fed into the lower part of the housing and passes through the sieve, removing excess moisture from the product. The spent drying agent is discharged through the nozzle in the upper part of the lid, and the product - through the outlet nozzle.
