Table separator MSH is designed for separation of grain hulling products (oat, rice, buckwheat and other cereals) at groats mills and cleaning departments of flour milling enterprises.

Table separator MSH is designed for separation of grain hulling products (oat, rice, buckwheat and other cereals) at groats mills and cleaning departments of flour milling enterprises.


Machine is produced in accordance with third category of GOST-15150, climate version “U” for internal market and export to temperate countries. However, machine has to work reliably in operating regimes at a temperature from 10 (°С) degrees below zero to 40 (°С) degrees above zero, relative moisture 80% with average annual temperature of 15 (°С) degrees above zero, atmospheric pressure from 650 to 800 mm Hg (86,6÷106,7 kPa).

Structure and Functioning


Machine (fig.2) consists of two main parts: table and foundation. Feeder, which is installed on the machine table, allows uniform product distribution through the channels. Table is divided into three floors (modification 1, 2) or five floors (modification 3, 4). Each floor is equipped with eight operating channels (modification 1, 2) or ten operating channels (modification 3, 4).


Table is equipped with inspection windows for product movement monitoring.


Table is installed on the foundation using four supporting and four locking wheels (fig.3) as leverage. Locking wheels are installed to avoid table lateral play from foundation.


Carrier is installed on the pulley, which is rotated by motor pulley through V-belt transmission. Rotational motion of the pulley passes into reciprocating motion of the table due to the carrier. As a result of such oscillations light product is transferred to the upper outlet, heavy product is transferred to the lower outlet.


An essential condition for product separation is 10-15 mm product layer in the machine channel. Therefore, product supply to certain channels can be blocked if required.


Machine modification 1 holds 120 kg of product, when the entire volume of operating area is full filled.
