Structure and Functioning

Crusher is a metal structure, which consists of the following parts (fig.2): side walls 1 and 2, bracings 3 and 4, drive shaft assembly 5, driven shaft assembly 6, bearings housings, drive cogwheel, driven cogwheel, drive frame 7, reducer 8, electric motor 9, inlet nozzle 10, outlet nozzle 11.


Driven shaft and drive shaft are represented by special construction of alternately installed blades and spacing plates, which are operating elements of the crusher. Operating elements edges are subjected to thermal hardening to ensure required hardness and wear resistance. Rotational moment from electric motor through V-belt transmission is transmitted to the drive shaft. Drive shaft and driven shaft are rigidly connected by gear engagement. Grinding of the product is occurred between toothed disks on shafts during opposite movement with different circumferential speed.
