* Structural and mechanical properties of the product affect the grinding efficiency and throughput. Machine capacity reduces with increasing of moisture content. Throughput reduces by 30% with gain in moisture up to 20%.

Structure and Functioning


Crusher is a metal structure, which consists of the following parts (fig.2): side walls 1 and 2, bracings 3 and 4, rotor assembly 5, bearing housings 6, screen deck plate 7, frame 13, fixed blade assemblies 14, belt transmission 15, belt transmission protection construction 16, loading bin 17, unloading bin 18.


Shaft is represented by special construction of alternately installed blades and spacing plates, which are operating elements of the crusher. Fixed blade assemblies along rotors limit throwing up of the product. Blades edges and fixed blades edges are subjected to thermal hardening to ensure required hardness and wear resistance. Rotational moment from electric motor through V-belt transmission is transmitted to the drive shaft. Grinding of the product is occurred between blades on rotor shaft as they are rotating between fixed blades.
