* Structural and mechanical properties of the product affect the grinding efficiency and throughput. Machine capacity reduces with increasing of moisture content. Throughput reduces by 30% with gain in moisture up to 20%.


** Motor speed can be changed by frequency inverter (optionally).


Structure and Functioning


Crusher is a metal structure, which consists of the following parts (fig.2): side walls 1 and 2, bracings 3 and 4, drive rotor assembly 5, driven rotor assembly 6, bearing housings 7, screen deck plates 8, drive cogwheel 11, driven cogwheel 12, frame 13, fixed blade assemblies 14, drive 15, belt transmission 16, gear transmission housing 17, belt transmission protection construction 18, loading bin 19.


Driven shaft and drive shaft are represented by special construction of alternately installed blades and spacing plates, which are operating elements of the crusher. Fixed blade assemblies along rotors limit throwing up of the product. Blades edges and fixed blades edges are subjected to thermal hardening to ensure required hardness and wear resistance.


Rotational moment from electric motor through V-belt transmission is transmitted to the drive shaft. Drive shaft and driven shaft are rigidly connected by gear engagement.


Grinding of the product is occurred between blades on shafts during opposite movement with different circumferential speed, as well as between blades and fixed blades.
