Machine is produced in accordance with third category of GOST-15150, climate version “U” for internal market and export to temperate countries. However, machines have to work reliably in operating regimes at a temperature from 10 (°С) degrees below zero to 40 (°С) degrees above zero, relative moisture 80% with average annual temperature of 15 (°С) degrees above zero, atmospheric pressure from 650 to 800 mm Hg (86,6÷106,7 kPa). Single-, double-, triple-shift mode.

Structure and Functioning


Body 1 of welded construction (fig.1) installed on supports 2 and 3 made in the form of cylinder from sheet metal steel with two branch pipes for product loading 4 and unloading 5. Door 6 is hinged in the body middle part and provides access to the rotor 7. Bearings housings fixed on interchangeable detacher covers, made of sheet metal steel, which serve for installation of rotor bearings and machine fastening to the floor or ceiling covering.


Rotor is a main operating part represented by shaft supported by two spherical ball bearings. Four beaters are rigidly fixed on hub assemblies (crosspieces), directly affecting the product.


Initial product – middlings, dunst (small middlings) – through the inlet branch pipe enters the body, where, moving along helical line, it is crushed under the impact-friction effect of beaters and body inner surface, and then removed from the detacher through outlet branch pipe.
